How do I register?
You can register online only.
Where can I find my member number (6 digits)?
If you do not know your UICH member number you will find it in the Book of Members.
It is a six digits number. The 2 first numbers correspond to your section number and the 4 last numbers to your personnal member number.
When does pre-registration open?
Pre-registration opens on May 13th 2018, reserved to members only in single or in twin (2 «Les Clefs d’Or» members)
Our congress can accept up to 540 persons.
Priority will be given to the members who did a pre-registration.
You will be invited to finalize your registration as of July 1st. 2018 and during one month.
There is a limited number of single rooms and we will inform all of you when there will be no more single room left.
For more attendance, we highly recommend you to share your room with another delegate.
When does the official registration open?
Official registration will open on August 1, 2018, for members and their accompany as well as well as for Benefactors of the event.
Professional and Business Affiliates will be able to register as of September 1, 2018 – Majestic Hotel only – 2000€ in single, 1800€ (per person) in double/twin.
What does my registration fee include?
What are the registration fees?
The Congress fees vary depending on the hotel (Hôtel Majestic Barrière, Hôtel Gray d’Albion or JW Marriott) and the type of room (single/double/twin) you will choose.
What are the payment options?
IMPORTANT: Payment will be split in two parts:
The amount paid to the Partner Hotel is not the value of your accommodation but a flat rate per participant negotiated with our hosting hotels that does not need to transit through the accounts of the association.
I cannot pay by credit card, what do I do?
You can pay by bank transfer. It is very important to mention your registration number. Please note that we can only confirm the registration upon receipt of a valid payment.
Is there a deadline to register?
For reasons of congress insurance, we shall close the registration process on February 15, 2019. But the congress being limited to 540 participants so far and the pre-registration process being quite successful, do not wait 🙂

What is the difference between Hôtel Majestic, Gray d’Albion and JW Marriott?
Majestic and Gray d’Albion are located next to each other and both belong to the Barrière Group. You just have to cross the street to get from one to the other. Both are located less than 50 meters from the famous “Croisette”.
The Hotel Gray d’Albion is 4 stars hotel recently refurbished.
The Hotel Majestic is a legendary 5 stars hotel.
The JW Marriott is a 5 stars hotel, located 500 meters away along the Croisette and near the famous Carlton. It is the former Palais des Festivals.

Do I need to arrange my own travel insurance?
The Congress Organization will subscribe the same global insurance via UICH. With regard to the travel insurance itself, coming over or going back, we recommend that participants subscribe their own personal insurance (medical, personal accident and luggage) in their home country prior to departure. The congress organization itself will not be liable in case of any problem.
